Yes I quit smoking earlier this year and suffered horrible insomnia. The best remedy I can offer is exercise. Go running every day for half an hour, or even a brisk walking pace. That really does help. Also, valerian and melatonin are natural sleep aids, but ask your doctor what would be safest for you. Of course cut caffeine intake, and if you do drink coffee or tea just do it in the morning. Quitting smoking is so hard, I feel your pain. I'm proud of you for sticking with it, and I promise the insomnia does get better with time.

You are probably going thriough withdrawal symptoms. You did not indicate for how long you smoked but what you are doing is basically 'cold turkeying'. If you sitck with it you will lick it. You can talk to a doctor to find out if you can take 'Lexotan' to generally relax you

Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress, dietary and medical
problems. By making small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly, insomnia can be
cured. I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/jfzpz useful
for getting sleep.

humm.. i would say either sell it if you want, and make a little money, give it away to a friend, throw it out, or just smoke it your self.. i mean, good job for quiting for the past three months, but no harm in smoking another j. lol.. good luck.

That's normal and it will pass. You quit smoking and that was one HUGE hurtle. Maintain!
