The predicament is bodily - the constructions inside your nostril are collapsing. There is a practical answer - a factor known as "Breathe Right". Buy it at your nearby drugstore. It's a butterfly-like piece of padded plastic with a robust adhesive that you simply stick throughout your nostril in step with the kit course. I have the identical predicament you do, and Breathe Right works for me. Kenny's Drugs, Rite Aid, Walgreens - the entire principal retailers convey it. If you do not see it at the shelf, ask an worker wherein it's.

You could be allergic to the stuffing in the pillows? Also, make sure you wash your sheets regularly, dust your headboard and clean under your bed. Your bed is a haven for dustmites!

Take a decongestant. I take OMNIhist at night- without it, I have the same problem. It just let's you breathe through your nose, because breathing through your mouth when you're sleeping sucks! You need a prescription though...
Good luck - I hope you feel better!
