You are corect, sir. Religion does indeed claim to have all the answers -- even when it don't. This is because in religion there are no rules. In science, for example, people have to justify their reasoning with repeatable observations or experiments. There's no such requirements in religion. A religious "truth" is whatever you say it is and folks can take it or leave it or even start their own religion. That's why there are hundreds of denomonations, sects, cults, etc.

Thing is the bible has all the answers for every little thing that one may have a question about.
thats why the bible is so sufficient for our everyday living because God has given it to us so we do not have to be confused and not know where to find answers and also so that we may not be decieved by the decievers of this world.
Thing again is that nothing that we do or the qouestions, in this case, that we ask supprises God, for all humanity is the same and even though times are different, to some extent we are all the same. Again that's why we are to read the bible and get to know more about God's word so we are more wise in the knowledge of this world and also of heavenly things.
Matthews 6:33, says that we are to seek first the kingdom of God and all will be given unto us and this also includes the answeres to the questions that one may have about anything.
Give yourself tome with the bible so that you are able to know God and that you may be able to be saved coz the devil is out there and he is seeking to destroy you, for he has no love for you.
Try Jesus and see what he can do for your life and I promise there is no greater love than the love that Christ has for you. You are made with a purpose and until you give your self to your creator , you will no know your purpose and hence life will have no direction.
Just try Jesus dude and see if you are going to lose a leg or break a spine or something!

This doesnt just apply to Religious people. I see many Atheists doing the same. Thats a character trait that applies to people in general. People need to practice tolerance. I'm a devout Christian and I'm not nothing like what you described.

because they have the Bible for decrease back-up. And what can be a extra perfect party of blind obedience? maximum folk sense in charge at the same time as they question the bible, and no baby-kisser likes to respond to questions. bringing up god's authority is only an extension of at the same time as alot of those baby-kisser's were toddlers and they advised different toddlers that they had arguments with that their "dad became gonna beat them up". God is the finest authoritarian, and may even kill off who he doesn't like. function sort for sleazy politicians everywhere.

The Bible is the answer to every thing for us Christians. It isn't that we don't have answers, we do, you simply don't like our answers, but they are our answers. A Muslim would answer you based on the Koran. A Jew bases on the Jewish Scriptures. And so on. Our answers are based on our experiences, and beliefs.

Your question assumes that everyone who is religious is a Christian. I think that some Christians will take any opportunity to preach, but that's only a small minority.

god has answers that lots of people dont or cant understand. religious people put their faith in god and believe that god directs them to respond accordingly. sometimes considering what they say and not how they say it can be enlightening even for the most skeptical of reader.
