other then hydrating us... Is drinking alot of water good for preventing celulite and removing it? stretch marks? Is it good for losing weight? Is drinking 2 liters a day the best for all of this???

Yes water isgood for our skin & our Body
It removes dead cells in dh body
So if U wanna B Beautiful & wanna ur skin 2 glow then drink lots of water.....I am not Kiddin Buddy

while water is good, too much is fatal. Drinking an absurd amounts can actually cause your body to drown itself in its own tissues. However, that takes a ridiculous amounts. In addition too much water and profuse sweating can also cause systemic failures via depleting the electrolytes in your body. Considering that we have the extremes covered i can further address your question. If anything if would make the weight issue worse by storing more water. However, if you plan to exercise a bit, the only way to lose weight and become more defined, i would suggest the water and to supplement your electrolytes Gatorade or something similar. Dieting, while moderately effective for weight loss, is not a good tactic because many deviate from the plan and often gain the pounds back after stopping. Conversely, exercising guarantees weight loss and does not impact our favorite past time, eating, as much as a diet would. Exercising has many perks, more so than dieting which is the underachievers way out.

Basically, work out. That's the theme here!
