Where's the best place to buy liquor in Seattle?

Preferably downtown. A good selection and reasonable prices would be wonderful. Since we've moved from Canada, we're not used to having non-government-run monopoly stores and don't know where to go to stock our bar.

If you want beer go to any of the Gas Stations more varieties than you can shake a stick at .Spirits just go to a liquor store.I was in Kelowna BC two weeks ago. What a rip off SMALL BOTTLES TAX and a DEPOSIT
