when i was fifteen i started up glamour moddelling with and unregistered man who was a photographer he had had many girls he helped get in to a career in moddeling he convinced my mother that i was perfect and me as well it started off just basic glamour shots but as time went by he offered more money for more action me bieng the child i was did not think of the consequences only the money involved and in time ended up doing totally naked shots for men i has never met, lately it has really been bugging me im worried that if i do get in to a career in moddeling these will come out i feel very betrayed and discusted that a grown man would stoop so low i have been wondering if i should contact the police and get him charged, for this but i am scared of the publicity it may cause while i was working with him he talked of other girls who were underage working for him and i know that he would still have the photos of me i am nearly 18 and worried that he will get away with the what do i do!

When you were 15 you should not have been doing nude shots for a so called professional photographer. Does your parents know about this? Did your parents sign papers stating this was OK? I don't think so. Due to it is very illegal. Contact the police and tell them just what you told us here. They can keep you identy quite. If the man is charged you may have to appear in court. But this is something you have to do to protect others I am sure there are others before and after. Don't let him get away with this. Stand up for yourself and all the other young girls like you. Good Luck and Be Strong

In most states. the age of sexual consent is 17. HOWEVER,
the age of pornography is 18. Anything under that is covered by federal child porn laws. And any photographer knows that.
So, you have two good choices.
1. Get a Private attorney, and have him/her contact this person and threaten legal action (police and civil law suites) This might be able to reduce the attention to this.
2. Go to the police. File a report and allow the Detectives to do their job and put this scum bag away.
Either way, good luck!
People like this *&^%*&^% should be hanged.

You are a minor until you are 18, I would think he could be in some serious trouble or whoever took the naked photos of you. I'd report it to the proper authorities. A minor can not legally enter into a contact.

if i were you i would go to the police. this guy that is doing this to is probably a sex offender and he gets off on seeing underage girls naked. i think you should tell the police what he's doing but make sure he doesn't know that you went to the police. you will save so many young girls the same fate that you have while your doing this. i would also tell your mother and see what her reaction is.

Take someone that you trust and that is older than you, to the man and tell him that you want the nudes back, explain to him that you don't want them to get out and hinder your career, and if he refuses then the older trusted friend can politely explain that you were a minor when the pictures were taken and that he really don't want to get caught with them by the police so it would be a wise choice to return them to you w/negatives

You might find this link from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children helpful...

If he took nude pictures of you and you are under 18, he is exploiting you.
You need to report him. Once you turn 18, he may try to make it look like you consented to the photos.
Also, you need to sue him civilly to block any use or sale of these pictures because you are a minor.

Contact the police and tell them what happened. You were young and impressionable. If theses guys are doing this with underage girls--it called pornography and it is illegal.

sounds to me like you were being photographed for KIDDIE PORN----where was your MOM/DAD during all this? Who consented to the NUDE pictures?

You really should contact the authorities chances are this guy is still up to no good. Kiddie porn is illegal ---no matter if you are selling it, taking pictures of it---possessing it is illegal!
