No, because it is very important for people to take some time to relax and just forget about everything occasionally. Even if it is just 15 minutes a day, everyone needs to relax.

I've been told that before..

I believe love (loving others and being loved by others) which brings hppiness, which in turn brings laughter, is the most powerful drug in the whole wide world.

Happiness brings along with it positive thoughts, positive attitudes and overall, well enjoyment.

You can keep busy as much as you like, but if you're not happy, how can that be powerful?

I used to think that until I had a baby. Now I have realised that the most powerful drug in the world is my baby and wife. Nothing else matters now. You'll see one day :)

I certainly do and I practice it every day ever since I had a stroke ten years ago. It did help in recovering and in keeping an active mind.

its all about how u control yourself. if theres a such of things that u want to forget about it then you find another things to do, thats the best way to forget about it. Humans can;t do perfectly two things at the same time. thats how our brains works.
and i do realate to that.

The best and most powerful? I wouldn't go that far. It also depends on what you are working at IMHO.
