It's for dental pain.

Wow, there are a lot of conflicting answers here! Would anyone be able to back up their answers with proof/references?

There are no interactions with these two drugs. You can always call your pharmacist to ask about proper dosing of these two.
Yes, to be on the safe side, take them 2 hours apart from each other.

I wouldn't actually take them together, but when I had dental pain I was talking paracetamol and then 2 hours after taking ibuprofen. It should be fine as they both have different bases. I'm a student nurse and have given patients doses like this.

No; if you must take them together, alternate back & forth with about 2 hours in between doses. I would recommend you just take the ibuprofen, as this is also an anti inflammatory & will be more effective at pain relief.

No. Ibuprofen Is an NSAID (non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug)
It would be like takin an Aspirin AND A paracetamol.
Ask doc/dentist first.
maybe a panadeine (paracetamol and codeine ?)

I've taken two of each before, on the advice of my GP.

Sorry, no proof or sources though. I guess this is a grey area!

best is call your family doctor as he or she knows you better about your physics.

else, is the doctor you frequently go for help.

ps: better go to the clinic personally.
