lower your carbohydrates and refined sugars. If this is difficult, then start off gradually reducing these things, and just be aware of what you are consuming. You can also excercise more which will burn any carbs you consume. good luck.

You should go easy on carbs. Cut out your bread, potato, and higher carb fruits like banana or watermellon. Start drinking fresh cheese whey, that helped a lot to both of my parents, since they had the same problem as you do.

1.Ezetimibe 10 mg.....1 tab.daily
2.Colsprin 25 mg.......... do..
3. Betacard 25mg
And eat green vegetables and take Esabogol daily
