should science be taught in english or mothertongue?

Hello,
Actually i am participating in debate competition.
i am to support english.
Please help me out.
Please give me advice and some hints.
I would like to know pros and cons on the subject.
What do you think i might fave questions at the debate

Ermmmm

In the native language of the students.

It's bad enough learning science if you aren't good at it, but learning it in a foreign language makes it even harder.

And also disadvantages good scientists who just can't pick up languages

if learning the basics is the criteria,mother tongue has an edge.
but at advanced level,application, research, encashment of the knowledge,teaching, to keep abreast of the latest, personal advancement, no language can match english
(science teaching/learning).
it(learning in other than in english) practically lead to a situation that is similar to training a dumb person to participate/compete in a vocal musical competition
