Run with a hat or visor, either one will prevent sweat from running into your eyes. I don't wear sunscreen above my eye level to keep the sunscreen from getting into my eyes. Since you have a had on you really don't need the sunscreen.

Sweating is a way of keeping the body cool. When I run long distances I make sure to wear a hat that is lightweight and breathable that has a terry cloth on the inside. It keeps the sweat from collecting in my eyes. Also, in the summer wear sweat proof sunscreen, otherwise it will get in your eyes when you sweat and burn!

Buy a running cap that has a sweat band (terrycloth) built into it. The hat will absorb the sweat and it'll actually run off the bill of the cap. Headsweats.com makes some good running hats. These hats are also vented and made with coolmas to keep your head cooler.

To stop sweat from trickling into your eyes you should wear a head band when running.

I think we sweat almost everywhere. Some people do it more than others.
You might try wearing a headband that's absorbents, across your forehead.
