No one can give you a diganosis on her unless we could examine you as it could be anything.
You need to go to see your doctor and let him/her listen then examine you
The pain must be mild or you would be in agony and unable to come on here please go to your doctor it could be a rumbling appendix/constipation/trapped wind and so on.
