Definitely wiser and mature.

I always wanted to be 28. However, when I got there I realized how close to 30 it was and that sucks. If I could stay 28 forever that would be cool. No old but not young enough to be considered/treated like a kid.

probably about 26-30 i'm 21 just now but it think that that would be the perfect age to get married and start a family. Think i'm a bit young now and wouldn't want to be too old. I also think by that age you begin to really know yourself and become more at ease with yourself as a person.

I would choose 28 y.o. because at the age of 29 y.o my whole entire life was turned upside down and has never been the same since.
