I know back pain can be relieved by medical examination and treatment but I feel that there may be some foods (for example foods which are rich in Calcium) to make the back muscles strong and as a result get some relief from back pain?

when I have muscle pain, I drink milk, and eat banannas ( for the potasium)

of course this pain is from overusing muscles,

if it is an injury, food isn't gonna help.


weight lifters use high protein esp whey ( from wheat) to help rebuild their muscles.

Should not expect too much any food can strengthen your back muscles - the best way is EXERCISE every day - I had the same your problem
