It certainly looks like that now. Religion violence is really getting out of hand.

If a radical religion brings an end to civilization on this planet then God gets no more worship because the remaining cockroaches have no interest in religion.

Violent people use religion as their excuse.
There has always been violence in the name of religion - look back at the 'Holy' crusades.
Violence might cause the end of the world, religion will not.
There is also plenty of violence in the name of other 'causes'.
People with violent tendencies will find an excuse, religion is an easy one.
(oh, by the way I am an atheist)

I don't think so. Because usually its centred on a small part of the world community. This problem can be solved if there is the willpower. We have the technology. But we just lack in wanting to solve it. As for the End Of The World...let God decide that.

I agree, I may be only 15, but people really have to stop what they are doing. It seems that people these days and even in the past cannot seem to accept different religons and different societies that exist in this world we live in. People should just give up the hatred they are creating, put down the arms and talk one on one on how to settle these international issues.

first and superior, maximum atheists are atheists because of fact there is not any info or stable info that your ideals are genuine. it relatively is why faith is a call for (with info there is not any choose for faith). 2d, historical past has shown that itemizing regulations in a faith does not advise the regulations heavily isn't disregarded. religious conflicts many times contain rape and homicide of innocents (even in this contemporary conflict in Iraq). I in no way stated faith itself is evil yet is a device it relatively is many times manipulated and edited to a minimum of one's particular tastes. I as quickly as believed as you probably did that faith is what saved me in verify. in certainty that we can genuinely guage what's prudent and not with the help of non-public stories and how we would experience if taken care of a definite way. Even wild animals have shown circumstances of kindness in direction of one yet another without evident reason of non-public income.
