Yes, I've been there. You could probably call the restaurant to ask about pricing, I notice that it's not listed on their website. Their website does say that they only accept cash or check, though. If you're looking for Moroccan food, I'd recommend going to Casablanca in Old Town instead. I've been to both and liked Casablanca better. Its prices are listed on the website and they're not bad. Also, Marrakesh is weird because every so often they stop everything and sing happy birthday to people and stuff. It creates a strange atmosphere. They don't do that at Casablanca.
The top of the Hotel Washington is really nice but quite touristy.

I haven't been to Marrakesh, but I can tell you the restraunt on top of the Hotel Washington is lots of fun and the views of the city are stunning.
