Yes first again re install the unremoved programme then Uninstall
if u not like to install the program just
try this way
Start -----Run ----- Regedit....
but first u do the backup of registry files.............
now open regedit (Registry Editor)
Search ur program name then delete this key
if u don't like this ..... try private softwares Like....

you want to remove corrupt application form X service pack 2 right. first you do start- settings - control panel - and select -add remove program options and click you want application and remove options . may be not remove an error any corrupt file after then remove message. you do this application you want remove reinstall and two options indicate first install second remove you chose remove options then applications properly remove your PC.

If Dead Kelly's suggestion doesn't work, try simply deleting the directory. That's a bit crude, however, since some files may remain in your Windows' System dir, which may lead to cramming it with useless files if you do this regularly.

you could try re-installing it which might correct to corruption and then you can try and un-install it if you really want it gone
