what are the generators (with make / model and capacity) available in indian market to run a 7.5 HP pumpmotor

If you have the pump purchased then go back to the dealer and request the list of compatible generators.
If it is 7.5 HP Pump motor, then I would buy at lest 10 HP generator, this way you will have extra capacity and you will have more reliability, but depending on the type of pump you have, you can get by with even 7.5 generator, but check with the manufacturer or the dealer. This will also depend on the other things that you may add on the generator eg lighting for room, house or office, some other equipment........

this pumpmotor of 7.5hp[56.25watts] can be run with a generator that has capacity of 56kva. india has a list of manufac. that can provide u with the model.{eg numerics,socomec, etc}.
