Hello, after washing your feet in the shower or bath make sure you dry your feet, moisture can cause this problem...try gold-bond in your socks to help keep the moisture out of your feet..have you heard of these two types of shoes??? Redwings or Oakleys, my police officer friends use these brands and only these brands for work while on duty, i also wear redwing shoes for work. These shoes are used by many law enforcement officers in California.

I have included many links, I hope it helps you out...

PS Go soak your feet in Epsom salt, you can find it at your local pharmacy or target store...

Ouch! You got it real bad.
When I had a corn lke a couple of years back my frnd gave me this circle- shaped band-aid. It had a hole in the middle. I'm not sure wat their called but I'm sure you can get them at the stores. It was really helpful. My corn went within 2 - 3 days.
Meanwhile you could get some new comfortable shoes.
Hope I was of some help!
Good Luck!
:)

WIDE BOOTS NEXT TIME!!! Put some powder in them to keep them dry and from rubbing. I know that is so painful.
