Hi Uma? Im happy u want to reduce weight in a natural way. Frankly, reducing weight is a long time struggle & even if u succeed in reducing weight, it is more defficult to maintain the weight. In most cases,
weight comes back to the same level or even more in a period of six months to one year. However, if u r serious, it is definitely possible to reduce weight and keep under weight control. I strongly recommend u as under:
1- Eat only when you feel hungry, follow this strictly.
2- Adopt diet of low calorie, low carbohydrates, low fat
policy. 3- Do some physical exercise, e.g. jogging/brisk walking/cycling/swimming/playing lawn tennis/rope skiping, etc. If u can do strength exercises, e.g. weights,
it will help u a lot. Weight means just use light dumbels.
How to adopt the above things, I guide u as under:
You need more energy during day time & for energy, eat
enough calories thru carbohydrats. You can easily reduce weight, if you love to eat raw vegetables, e.g. carrots, capsicum, cucumber, stir-fried broccoli, tomoto,
guava, apple, cherries, orange, grapefruit, peas, asparagus, oatmeal, rice bran,kidney beans, channa dal,
whole milk. All these are with low calories. Any of these
u can use in the morning as a break-fast. Now about
lunch: I am sure, you will not be much hungry during lunch once you have eaten above items as a break-fast.
However, if u really feel hungry, eat more proteins, e.g.
slim meat, fish, cheese, nuts & seeds, almonds, walnuts,
red mung/green mung. All these are full of proteins but
less carbohydrates, U can use one chapati or small
qnty of rice. Now night: Eat more proteins and very less
carbohydrates because carbohydrates r finally converted in
to energy, which u do not require at night as u hv to sleep.
Maximum carbohydrates one requires with morning breakfast because u will require energy for long time during day time. All vegetables/fruits, which I have shown
above come under low glycemic index and all these are
with low calories too. To sum up, eat more carbohydrates
during break fast, for lunch 65% proteins % 35% carbohydrates and during dinner, 70 to 75% proteins &
balance carbohydres. In addition to dieting, u need to
do everyday around 45 minutes exercise of your interest
out of the above mention. Start exercise with 5 to 10 mts
and go on increasing time. In fact, more the better. The
lvegetables/fruits/etc. with low glycemic index converts into
sugar slowly and thus give long time energy to ur body,.
If it is difficult to eat raw vegetables, you may stir-fry it.
If u follow this policy, i.e. eat only when u r hungry only u
can definitely reduce weight in a natural way.
Most important, eat also low calories, i.e. total calories
should not cross 1800 daily. Calorie in-take depends on
ur body but an average person can be satisfied with this
amount of calories. If u adopt above, u wl find weight
going down in a natural way. Since this is a long time
struggle, go on doing regularly even if u want to change
some food habits but should be low calories, low carbohydrates, low fat. With this diet planning, one can
easily reduce one to two Kg monthly. Once u hv reduced
weight, it is more difficult to maintain weight but with above kind of diet, I am sure, u can maintain for your
full life. In the beginning, you may not feel easy but slowly this would become part of ur life. All this I am mentioning to tell u that u can reduce weight in this way but still u r free to eat items of ur choice also but within limit.Don't forget physical activities, i.e. regular exercises, which is very important part of this package. .
