Try and see a speech therapist. And also try and calm down in the mean time and just relax, it might be hard if you're like me, I get nervous alot. lol

I stutter on and off. I don't consider it a speech problem but I am self-conscious about it sometimes. I do it a lot when I get excited or really involved too.
It's a personality trait, personality is awesome. If you're understandable what's the big deal? :)
Just slow down and think about how you're going to say what you want to say and then go for it. There's a balance though, if you think about it too much it may be counterproductive :)

You may be experiencing normal dysfluency. I don't know a single person who doesn't stutter at one time or another. If you were truly suffering from stuttering, you would have all kinds of behaviors associated with it, such as contortions of the face, strongly blocked speech sounds, finger snapping-- all kinds of strange stuff. I agree that taking a deep breath will slow you down and relax you a bit. Don't sweat it.

James Earl Jones (aka the voice of Darth Vader) used to stutter rather badly, and I read something where he said he would read poetry out loud, and the rhythm of the poetry helped him to overcome his stuttering. I stutter every once in a while, when I'm talking really fast and I guess my mouth is moving faster than my mind, so my mind says "Hey, wait up!!" and I stutter a bit...I just had to teach myself to talk a little slower..make sure my mind and mouth are moving at the same pace. ;)

My father has a stuttering problem, and with him i noticed when he starts to stutter, he will stop and almost pause to collect his thoughts.
Or you could try to say another word to change your stuttering flow, this could recollect your thoughts and speech outcome.
Hope this helps!
