When To Use
After shampooing rinse ur hair thoroughly n then apply the conditioner.
Take care not 2 rub the conditioner into the scalp as it may feel greasy.
The quantity n kind of conditioner will depend on the state of ur hair - whether it is dry, oily or normal.
If ur hair is very tangled u need more conditioner. If it is less tangled, u need less conditioner.

How To Apply
To begin with, pour out an adequate amount of conditioner onto ur palms n rub them together.
Then gently work the conditioner into ur hair, always in the same direction i.e. from front to back.
If u have basically dry hair with an oily scalp apply the conditioner to the ends only.
A quick and easy way to apply conditioner: Squeeze the conditioner into the palm of ur hand n rub ur palms together. Using the whole flat of ur hand, massage the conditioner into ur hair, working from the scalp downwards.

How Much To Use
Be liberal. The hair should feel heavy. However, u don’t want to see white blobs of product sitting on ur hair. Don’t over apply it at the roots becoz u are very unlikely to need much of it here.

Here’s a quick and easy way to apply intensive conditioner:
Squeeze the conditioner into the palm of ur hand n rub ur palms together.
Using the whole flat of ur hand, massage the conditioner into ur hair working from the scalp downwards.
Wrap ur head in a towel (if u’ve got long hair, tie it back in a loose knot first).
This works by keeping the head warm and helps to prevent moisture loss from the hair.
When u’r ready to wash intensive conditioner out, remove the towel, comb through the hair again with a wide-toothed comb n rinse thoroughly.

How To Apply Conditioner

Many people believe that they must use a shampoo and a conditioner every day to keep their hair healthy and manageable. Normally, however, this is not the case. Conditioning once a week works very well for most people unless your hair is damaged either by harsh hair products or as the result of an illness. If you use a "two in one" product, a combination shampoo and conditioner, you should use a normal cleansing shampoo at least once a week to prevent a build-up of chemicals on your hair.
Daily shampooing will normally not harm your hair but professionals recommend washing your hair on alternate days as the optimum routine. Some also suggest switching or alternating shampoos to avoid build up. Always pour shampoo into your hands and then work it through already wet hair. The water should be at a comfortable temperature but not too hot. Dry your hair gently with a towel and avoid blow drying if at all possible.

When conditioner is used, shampoo your hair first, then apply the conditioner and distribute it evenly through your hair with a wide-toothed comb. If you are using a commercial product, leave the conditioner in for at least five minutes before rinsing your hair. You may condition your hair as often as you like but always be cautious to avoid build-up from commercial products. A once a week conditioning is most likely adequate unless you have problem hair (a tendency toward "frizz" or tangles.)

Always be aware of the ingredients present in both your shampoo and your conditioner. If you are using a hair loss shampoo, make sure that no chemicals are present that are actually inhibiting rather than enabling hair growth. Shampoo should be selected based on the type of hair of the individual and for the safety and effectiveness of its ingredients.

Wash your hair and rinse really well. Put the conditioner on your hair, avoiding the roots and scalp. Comb it through with your fingers. Leave it on for 1-2 minutes. Rinse it out.
