Wow, bro. You're an animal. Maybe you should ease up on her a bit.

It sounds like its hemmoroids. Which doesnt sound serious, but it can be. It depends on the cause of it.

If she's involved in a lot of anal sex, that could do it. Esp. if the area is not prep'd well enough.

You may also want to consider other conditions that won't be picked up by a colonoscopy. Such as food allergies and Celiac. Both if left uncontrolled can cause intestinal bleeding, or a bleeding ulcer.

Check to see if she has any of these other symptoms:

If she's been bleeding for a year, then she really needs to go get it checked out. Possibly by a gastroenterologist or GI doctor. If you suspect that its Celiac or food allergies, then an allergist would be able to test for those. Its not healthy to be bleeding daily and you two should try to find a solution asap.

if the blood is fresh, bright red,
its likely caused by some kinda injury or tear from close to inside the rectum.
if the blood is dark, and or very dark/black feces, then its from farter in, prehaps even from the stomach, such as an ulcer, or related condition.

Stress could trigger that,

Loosing a massive amount of blood is a problem wherever it comes from.

does this bleed all the time? or only with passing excrement?
is it every day? is there weight loss that would be serious.

its better news if its a bright red color.

if there is a lot of blood, you need to see someone else,
That is serious, and can be lifethreatening.

then again, call the hospital, determine how much blood is actually lost. What looks like a massive amount in the toilet, may actually be verry little just diluted in the water.....

of course, any blood is serious.

Has anything been stuck up her butt lately? How can the doctors not know the reason? You guys need to get a second or third opinion.

If the hospital had a good look up there and found nothing, how on earth do you expect a bunch of total strangers on here to be able to offer medical advice ?

This is a bad sign. She needs to be seen again, something is wrong. Tell them everything that has happened.
