and not what they look like. I got with this guy and I thought he was cute but when I go around to see him, the first thing I think of when I see him is....gross...and then I try to get past it. do you think I will just get used to it. What is wrong with going with somebody that your physically attracted to?

If you are not attracted to him then don't go with him. You don't have to go with him. When you kiss him is there anything there? If not then what is the point? Don't string him along and hurt his feelings. Don't wait until after Xmas and he has spent money on you that he probably doesn't have and then New Years comes and then what? Break up with him now.

Usually if you aren't physically attracted to them, then their personality helps you get over that. Maybe his personality is sucky as well as his looks. If not, and you like the guy for who he is, not his looks, then you will find him attractive sometime soon. If you can't like him b/c of his looks, that's ok, you are normal and don't do something just b/c it's what's "right" or what other people say you should do! If he is worth the time, you will know SOON...heck you might know already?!

Well people say, don't judge a book by it's cover. If u really like somebody, it's not his/her physical feature that attracts u more, it's their personalities. Good looks will fade away in time but one's nice personality will shines all the time=)

Nothing is wrong with going out with someone you are physically attracted to. The thing is... people are always cute, or sexy, or physically fit, but if you like them for their personality you can't go wrong. Believe me, when you date a person for their personality you have so much more to appreciate.

it is true that you need to like someone for who they are on the deeper level i guess you could say, but i don't care what anyone says-- if you're going to be with someone, you HAVE to be sexually attracted to them, otherwise you are going to start nit picking at their personality because it gives you a better reason not to like them and then not to be with them, you have to have a mix of both-- there is no way you would be ok with kissing or getting busy with someone you thought was absolutely repulsive, it doesn't matter how sweet they are... and you all know it's true so stop lying and say looks don't matter, because that is exactly what gets you interested in someone in the first place

no i think it's not wrong to get with somebody that physically attract you.. but if you aren't suitable with him so it's better not to get with him... coz you know baby, if you couldn't get along with him it will bring troubles in the future... yeah maybe the first priority to find a mate is find the one you love and love you, and the second is the one who can get along with you..it's your luck baby if he is also handsome...

Well, that's the first part of every relationship: Is the attraction. Then you find the flaw. Every guy has a flaw... it's up to you to either accept his flaw or not. Try to weigh your pros and cons about him...
