i met my chat friend personally, although we were v good chat friends, but after meeting him personally i decided not to meet/talk or call him, because i was shocked after knowing his actual intentions...!!! But i really liked him as a friend only, wish he could also have respected our feelings towards each other ! But because of his immaturity he lost me totally... !!!

coz many who are not real shows here that they are real and capable.
they are using it for adult issues coz nobody can know them here so they can satisfy all their needs regharding those issues here
Not meaning all but very few are using the net rite others find pleasure in misusing it

Hi Vini,
Personally i really can't gather the courage to let anyone know my true identity on the net. I have heard so many things happening on the net... people getting duped for money, girls whose photos are on the net are being misused, personal details are manipulated by people and used, men just flirting, kids using the net for sending threatening mails and also chatting with elder people as lovers, husbands and wife's cheating their spouse and so many more things that it gives me jitters. As it is its a scary world out there and with net its quite dark and lonely too. You actually don't know with whom you are chatting and things might just turn up real bad.
I feel sorry for you that you had to go through a shock because of your immature friend.
Wish i could just learn to trust someone on the net.
Anyways be careful...... if at all there is a next time.

Some people just want to have fun. But some people want releationshlip out of fun. It all just happens. Dont be to serious of people you meet on the net. Dont take any decisions unless you meet them personally or know them.

Hmm.. vini.. people have different reasons for being online.. and for many its a fantasy world.. they can live(chat with u.. and claim themselves to be so and so) the way they want in chat world.. u are not going to know the turth..

i have met 6 people through the net.. luckily for me.. all turned out to be true and nice ppl..and 3 of them are like one of my best friends...

in ur case, if that guy'd been true,may be he'd have lost u earlier,which is what he probably did not want.Generally,youngsters do not reveal their identity coz' they are scared of getting caught by elders doin' something quite wrong.As far as adult issues are concerned,very few people r interested in that stuff, I mean it depends.It's on ur will to give way to such stuff or not!!!
