i've gain to much weight on my 1'st pregnancy 2 years ago, although I lost most of it i feel as if my stomach area has not gone down as i expected. Is there anything i can do for this issue besides any surgeries?( decided not to go for a tummy tuck as an option)

I hate to agree with Lance and tell you the same thing. I have the same problem from pregnancy and my doctor told me that I could do 1000 crunches a day and I would still have the sagging skin. THAT is the problem. It isn't fat, it is skin and can't be turned into muscle. There are various lotions that can help a bit in the firming (I've tried them ALL), but it is a barely noticeable difference ans is also temporary. Sorry I couldn't give you better news. I feel for you and totally understand what you're going through.

I guessing that the sagging skin is really just fat. I would suggest cardiovascular exercise. Contrary to popular belief, Ab crunches do NOT burn fat, they just help tone muscle. Find a fun exercise that you enjoy, like running, swimming, and see if it helps. You could also join a gym (24 Hour fitness is the best), and you can have a free consultation with a personal trainer if you buy a membership.
