Best way to market an English training center (American Accent/Culture/Conversation) in the Philippines?

We are about to open a new English training center in the Philippines called American Institute for English Proficiency (AIEP), and we will be specializing in teaching American Accent and Culture, Conversation Fluency, and Speech and Communication. You could probably call or contact them internationally. Or you can access so many Asian websites that will help you advertise your service. I think MY COUNTRY would be very happy to have those training institutions & services available. Especially, there are so many Filipina Nurses that are immigrating to U.S. now a days.
