I have trained hard in the gym for a year now and the results have been great. Weights twice a week, run on the treadmill for an hour 3 times a week, rugby on saturdays. Have dropped 60 lbs of fat, but am struggling to lose the final bit around my waist and pecs. I do drink quite heavily on saturday nights & eat whatever I like on my rest day (Sunday). After seeing such awesome results how do I lose the last few pounds? I eat heathily during the week, and used to take Lean System 7, but not for the past 3 months. I mix up my weights routines, but focus on the ol'beach muscles (chest, shoulders & arms). I used to be at 130kgs and am now around the 103kg mark. Any advice would be great. Thanks!!

Do more fly motions than press motions for ur chest and you have to do ab workouts to get the last of the at fat off the stomach.

Fat comes of different parts of the body in the reverse order to which it is put on,

In men the first layers of fat are deposited around the belly and then the pecs, So 'love handles' are the very last to go,

To lose the last few pounds (if that is all it is) count calories.

But the truth is, and you know it that it is the beer.

There about 180 calories in a pint. . . 8 pints =1440 calories (ie approx 1.5 pounds of fat)
and you are STILL hungry,

Remember as well that muscle weighs more than fat, but don't kid yourself, it's the beer.

Sometimes people plateau. Just keep doing what you're doing.

And don't worry so much about looks, just worry about health.
