This is difficult to answer through a computer. But basically, take a comb, not a brush, and put it through some strands at the root of your hair at an angle with the teeth of the comb facing you (when you're looking in a mirror) and just brush up and down quickly. But if you do that too much it'll cause knots so careful! i hope that makes sense, it probably didn't but i tried. also, if you want your hair to look more volumous, just blow dry it upside down and tease the roots of your hair with your fingers and then put in some hair spray.

well the short definition would be back-combing your hair. in your case you might wanna consider the following steps
1. shampoo with a volumizing shampoo then condition with conditioning
2. put volumizing mousse on DAMP not wet hair and section them into large velcro rollers.
3. when they are dry take the sections one by one and back-comb them with a fine tooth comb starting from the middle part of the section down towards the roots.
4. style and secure with hairspray. after teasing never comb hair. gently arrange pieces of hair into desired style.

Hold up small sections and move the comb down making a snarl and then comb over the top smooth. That's why some people call it "back combing" it does make the hair have split ends.

goin to see specialist or hair dresser...they will suggested u sumtin to help ur hair...before my hair were limp,dry,frizzy, and weak but the dresser taught my hair need sum volumness, hot oil, and hair mosturizer..so i bought wut he suggested to me..naw i've absolutely great hair lol...i lurved my hair naw...
