Tomatoes is a magic food, and help to u that have a good metabolism.
Training in a day as long as 2 houres is benefit too.

Cabbage, celery, tomatoes, & onions help as far as veggies.
Kiwi, oranges, & grapefruit for fruit.

You can also do a search in google for the food to see whatever else helps.

Fast pace walking, jogging, aerobics, and jump rope help very much.
