Several out ther.

I won't recomend any one of them but you can find them easily and see what you think.

Some do work quite well but are lacking in many ways. You can get by with them.

get winamp from winamp .com thiswill burn but at a slower speed than your drive can handle but it is free

On linux yes. Get yourself a copy of Ubuntu and burn to your hearts content and in the process you'll get a great operating system.
