AMEN SISTER! If they would only observe creation and creatures they would have realized the Creator of the Universe made them in his image, the image of the HOLY TRINITY. This is why Genesis says, "...let us make man in our image..."

Angels and demons are intellectual creatures without a body; plants and animals do not have an intellect but a body and mortal soul. IT IS ONLY LIVING, HUMAN, BEINGS, that have a MIND, BODY, and SOUL. Only human beings have all three. Now, living, human, being is the existence of man. Those words describe the essence of man's mind, body, and soul. The Body is living, the Mind makes us human and distinguishing us from animals, and our Soul makes us the being that we become (good or evil).

Now, even Muslims will agree Allah is omnipotent (all powerful), omniscient (all knowing), and omnipresent (ever present). These words describe the existence of God. So, what is the essence of God? I will hold off answering this question till the end.

Now, if you think about the existence of a person they have a triple existence: physical (body), mental (mind), and spiritual (eternal soul). In fact, whenever we create something it has all three of these parts. When we cook we have a recipe (in our mind), we gather all the raw ingredients, and we cook (don't burn it, ha ha) what it is we are making. Cooking has the physical, mental, and spiritual parts. Same with engineering or technology it has three parts: the blueprints (to convey an idea), the raw materials (physical), and the workmanship (spiritual). If something goes wrong investigators will look for a design flaw, material flaw, or faulty workmanship. THIS DEMONSTRATES CREATION HAS THREE PARTS LIKE THE CREATOR.

Now, in the Bible it says Jesus is the visible likeness of the invisible God. (Colossians 1:15) The ESSENCE OF GOD IS: Father (mental), Son (physical), Holy Ghost (spiritual). ONE TRUE GOD IN THREE JUST LIKE A PERSON. THREE PARTS ONE PERSON. When you are sick you send for a doctor; when you are mentally troubled, a psychiatrist; when spiritually seeking you seek out a holy person.

The ten commandments could possible have been written in Egyption. But it is also possible that it was written in a language that was unique to the hebrew people. When the hebrew people went into Egypt, they were just one family (Jacob and his descendents). Surely they had a language which they would have passed on even through their captivity in Egypt. Egypt did not try to assimilate Jacob's descendents, they simply made them slaves. After 400 years, there were almost 2 million hebrew slaves in Egypt, all the descendents of Jacob, and they did have historical records because that is what Moses compiled. They also had another book called the book of Jasher which had been kept from the time of Adam. So the hebrew people did have a written language. Most of the hebrew people being led by Moses probably couldn't read anyway, so God may have written the ten commandments in their language or it is possible that it could have been in Egyptian because Moses would have been familiar with both languages since he was raised in the house of Pharoah. Also , Moses and Joshua compiled the book of Genesis in the language of Hebrew, so how can you say that there was no Hebrew language at that time? Also, He told the people in the old testament how they should refer to Him. People did not decide on His name. Also, if you read the entire Bible, you will see that God's chosen people is not simply a particular nation. It is believers in Jesus Christ regardless of their nationality. He is the God of the universe, not of one nation. And He always revealed Himself and spoke of Himself as masculin. This also was not the doing of people. Stop blaming people for things that God did.

Like I said in a question, people do not read they just write anything to get the two.

All religions now came from older ones and nearly all of them at one time believed in many gods and goddesses. Read history abut the Greeks and Romans. Most of Europe at one time worshiped many gods.

Just because you believe there is only one true god does not mean that others do or even should believe it. They have just as much proof that there are many gods as you have that there is just one.

The real truth is that there is none.

Perhaps you should study a bit of your history. In it's early days Christians (or at least the founding fathers of Christianity) worshiped several gods. It wasn't until after Nebukanezer invaded Israel that they switched to a single god (complicated social situation I don't have time to get into here).

It's pretty well known that in his later days Solomon worshiped not only the "God of Abraham" but also Marduk and Nechushtan.

People worship more then one god because they believe that each god has the ability to grant them different favors, each god having a separate strength.

I'm not sure whether this is an honest question seeking to understand the beliefs of others or just a front to proselytize. I will assume you are honestly trying to understand beliefs other than your own.

I believe in many different deities. It is hard for me to imagine only one deity in the universe. This is the way that I was raised many years ago and I still believe this way. My beliefs are based on my personal experiences with my deities. My reasons are probably the same as those who believe in only one deity--that's what we were taught, and our personal experiences confirm it for us. It would be just as hard for me to imagine one deity as it would be for you to try to imagine many deities. It simply doesn't make sense for us to believe any different than what our experiences have shown us.

Amen. Some religions teach that there is a spirit, or multiple spirits to worship for favor. Tao (pronounced Dou) teaches that one spirit is in us, we just have to achieve it. Belief is something that God gave us, on our own free will, so expect differences in that area, whether i follows the Bible or not. God's love and blessings to you

Your details have nothing to do with the question, the question appears to be a blatant segue into your " I love the lord, why don't you ?"speech. Said speech comes off sounding like a toned-down version of the "convert or die "speech made by your ancestors to those of us who do not believe in your " one and only true god".

It took the Romans, Jews, and Pegans torturing people to death on a mass-scale for civilization to finally come to a point in themselves to realized this is bad (duh). Not just for them or someone else...this was bad for the world. The world was in such ill repair, God came down and said, "Yo! Peeps! You make me so sad, 'axe me what I'm thinking about doing to you all..." It was common language @ the time. :) And, he gave his only son as a symbol, and a sign that we didn't have to go on this way. He said, "Next time, I won't be so kind. Play nice."

People disbelieve Jesus existed, we walked on the moon, and other changes because they need to justify their ill ways. If we forget what happened, we have the technology to make it worse than it was...stand by.

So let's see it. Where is the evidence?

No, the Bible is not proof. It contains errors.
No, the existence of the universe is not proof. Other hypotheses explain that fact, and in a better fashion.
No, the existence of life is not proof. Other facts explain the existence of life, and in a better fashion.

Seems that your religion is doing pretty poorly on the evidence scale.
