An awful lot - too many - you can't drive anywhere without allowing an extra hour for traffic jams and the government want to tax us so only the rich can drive! I don't know the exact no but it must be in the multi millions. I know there are about 100,000 + people in the county and so taking away children and some of the older people who have stopped driving ther must be around 45 million.
