Hair fall can be caused by many different things such as stress, diet, hormones, aging, etc.

Life changes you can make on your own:
-Sleep on a regular schedule, be in bed by 10pm.
-Use non-abrasive hair products are also helpful.
I've listed the shampoo products that have helped my hair.
-I would suggest seeing an acupuncturist to see if there is an underlying issue to your hair falling out. It could be caused by blood deficiency or many other possibilities.

I posted some information below from Dr. Weil that you might find helpful.

Craving a full head of hair? by Dr. Weil

It is not unusual for women to experience hair loss as they age, especially when menopausal changes come into play. Thinning hair (also known as female pattern baldness) can be due to the effects of hair-care treatments, dyes, and styling; the habit of twisting or pulling your hair; or even thyroid disease. Diet may also play a role. To maintain healthy hair and help prevent further loss, try these two simple changes: (also works for men)

1. Make sure you're getting enough omega-3 fatty acids. Eat wild Alaskan salmon, sardines, herring or mackerel two or three times a week, or sprinkle two tablespoons of freshly ground flaxseeds per day on cereal or salads. You can also supplement with a high-quality fish oil.

2. Supplement your diet with GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) in the form of black currant oil or evening primrose oil. Take 500 mg of either twice a day for six to eight weeks to see if it helps.

Well, I feel for you; I too am watching myself die. They say from 19 on, it's downhill. At 21 my hairline started to recede. By 35 I had a no longer deniable Al Gore bald spot on the back of my head. And at 37, the grey hairs started. At first I was scared at the stark reality, so I would get buzz cuts and pluck the greys. People continued to think that I was in my mid to late 20's. But then the greys multiplied. And as you know grey hair grows at about three times the speed of hair with color. I was losing. Dying hair, I know from experience, only makes it worse. Your best bet it to dye the greys selectively. And move on. Don't plan you funeral yet.
