No. If you want to go to Heaven, you have to believe in the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost.

I'm having a hard time believing this is a real question. If you believe in Christ then you believe he was the son of god, how can you believe he was the son of god if you don't believe in god? Unless you don't believe he was the son of god. In which case you're not Christian so you believe in a completely different idea of heaven entirely.
I'm not sure how you can believe in Heaven, but not god?

why would you want to go to heaven? the anointed ones are complete...
Jesus is the way to God, he is the image of the invisible God and he showed us the qualities of the Father when he came down to earth.
Through Jesus we knew that God exists...
believe what you want but the chance to go to heaven is not possible. the 144,000 seats are all taken.
