well it depends on ur speed, etc
but normally, people burn something like 200 -400 cal, but again, it depends on the speed and stuff

That all depends on the incline, speed and any other settings. Chances are that if you use a treadmill it will display the estimated number of calories burned. Hope that helped!

any decent treadmill will give you that information...it all depends on how fast you're walking
