I already am a gym member (I go 5 times a week) and have lost 12 pounds in 2 months would like to lose weight quicker.

before being a gym member see what made you FAT..is it your food that you are eating ...try to eat healthier food..whole meal bread..fresh juice..low fat milk..eat white meat...fish ,chicken n try to remove all the fats found in the meat ..there are some vegetables and fruits that increases your metabolism such as pineapple..(google it ).avoid sugar ..have a cup of green tea at least twice a day . besides sleeping at least 8 hours a day

losing weight is not about starving yourself but its about living a healthier life

ps avoid all fat burners they come in pills form they will destroy your body..keep it natural.

DO not ever try any pills. Don't mess with your health. Diet pills can affect your heart and do some serious damage.
The moviestar diet is a scam. All these diets that sound too good to be true...ARE to good to be true. There is no good diet if it says it is fast. You gain it all back and double. Be wise please.

You type in how much you want to lose and by when etc...and they plan out your meals so you can achieve your goal. They have a calorie counter and everything. Plus they give you a fitness plan according to what type of exercising you like to do. The exercises can be done at home like dumbells, resistance bands & ball. You can also choose from walking, jogging,or a home video. There's many different options. It's like having a nutritionist and it is free. You also have support from the members. A real neat site. I'm quite impressed.

listen 2 me please!!! dont think subway!! eat chicken with out skin or fish with out fryed cooked in grill w/a little topping. bearly use enough oil to cook and run 30 min. a day or play a sport for 1 hour.just chicken.just water no other drinks they will not let you lose weigth.no fast food,no bread,no tortillas,no candy. chicken 3 times a day dont eat all you can but dont stay hungry. GOOD LUCK
