i want to learn to speak the korean language..but i don't know where i could find a book about it..could i find it at national bookstore??

You can buy it on Amazon.
Elementary Korean by Ross King and Jaehoon Yeon is a very good book. It comes with an audio CD too.

I recommend Talk to Me in Korean ebooks. You can buy them or learn how to download them for free at your local library at the link I provided

Lol, Korean has more vowels than English? Lord. English has a notoriously, monstrously large number of vowels, far more than Korean has. As for your (OP's) question, yes, it's hard. There are many reasons it's hard and I'm not about to list them all. Nobody can tell you how much you'll be able to learn, and anyone that says you can be fluent in x years doesn't know the first thing about how language acquisition works. If you want to learn it then just take a class or start self-studying and see how it goes.

i don't know about any national bokkstore where you can find your book,but i can tell you abut a free software that will help you in learning korean,
