I don't know of anyone who has a cook robot. But I don't see how it would prevent anyone from being fat or sick.
A robot is only as good as the food that goes into it. If a person has a low immune system and no antigens in their system, they are going to get sick at the drop of a hat no matter if a human or a robot does their cooking for them. Likewise with getting fat. What they eat will still make them fat if they are a couch potato.
So don't waste your money on buying a robot.
