Great question...Some of these answers are crazy LOL...
I know just what to do, it's safe, effective and it doesn't require a 300 pound person to sit on you.
Here are the steps

1.lie flat on your back

2.spread your arms out to the side against the floor

3.bend your right knee with your foot still flat on the floor

4. cross your right knee over your straight left leg and turn your neck/head to the right and hold for 30 sec.

5.just do the same thing for the other side but use the other leg

Put your right hand on your left shoulder.

Have someone much taller than you pick you up by the elbows.

go and see a chiropractor don't start trying it your self you might do damage
