Pretty much any of the benzodiazepines will be gone from your system then.

Depending on your system about 3-5 days in some cases it can take up to a week. I used to take xanax and other benzodiazepenes for over 5 years so I know. It really depends on your system but the worst you will be looking at is a week if you want to be really safe. Otherwise I would say after 4 days you should be good. It really depends on if you just took a couple miligrams or if you have been taking it regularly. If this is for a job or probation or drug and alcohol I would give yourself a week to be sure. But if you already took the UA. Anything 3 days or sooner I would be biting my nails. I hope this answer is specific enough for you. If you need further clarification feel free to email me and I will try to help you the best I can.

3-5 days. And it's xanax. If it's a home drug test or just a crappy pre employment 5 panel screen you could load up on B vitamins (to color your urine yellow enough to pass the visual inspection) and drink a gallon of water or so an hour before the test.

If it's a decent test though they will be able to tell your urine is diluted and you will fail automatically. Some more tips:

-Never give your first urination of the day. Drug metabolites build up while you sleep.
-Urinate atleast 2-3 times before the test to make sure your urine is suitably yellow
-Give midstream urine (the start and end of your urine stream is more likely to have metabolites built up). Start peeing in the toilet. After a couple seconds move to the cup, once its full go back to peeing in the toilet.
-Stop using drugs while you're being tested would be the best advice =)
