I believe the faery tradition is a celtic brand of witchcraft that believes that faeries are divine guardians and helpful spirits to be called upon by the magickian to aid him or her in rituals and bless/protect homes, shrines, etc. This is really a kind of modern interpretation of the nature of fairies however, as almost all mythology concurs that they are malicious spirits who carry off children( for whatever purpose) and cause accidents. This is not to be confused with the "Radical Faery" branch which is the male answer to Dianic Wicca and which is comprised mainly of gay men.

Faery Wicca revolves around the lore of the the fey, or faery folk. It draws most of it's beliefs from Irish mythology and the tales of the Tuatha De Danaan. Wiccans who follow this path worship the Goddess and the Divine Twins (the Red Man and the Green Man). Practitioners tend to be solitares, although some small covens exist as well.

Feri has nothing to do with Faeries. Well, sometimes it does, but that's not why it's called that. Many traditions of Wicca has Faerie lore of some kind; my own includes lore of the Sidhe and the Tuatha de Dannan. My experience with the Gentry has been that stuff starts to go missing. I avoid them as much as possible.
