Just like in the game of chess..
The pawns go in and give up there struggle for other bigger and better ones to take there spot.
There expendable.
You want to move a peice out of the way.. Use a pawn. If that dosent work use more pawns..
Someone cleans up the mess or sweeps it under the carpet and on you go again.
Then i guess someone finally wins..
