I have no idea what you are personally suffering from, but I would be happy to put you out of your misery.

You need to realize that you are feeling pain for being wronged by others. That is a normal reaction to an injustice people do to one another. Just put it down to the fact that there will be a time they will be on the receiving end. Everyone should be of like mind and identify with your suffering as this type of treatment escapes no one. Talk to a friend and I for one will pray for a better tomorrow for you!

I shall pray for you right now.

If someone is the cause of your suffering, then I suggest you forgive them. There is a saying "forgiveness is setting the prisoner free only to discover the prisoner was yourself." If your forgive them, then at least mentally and spiritually they no longer have the power to hurt you and cause you suffering.
Also, I would suggest you get help. If you are being abused physically - talk to a doctor, clergy, councilor, or even the police- and get help.

I hope you won't hate me! The first thought that came into my mind is that I would do nothing.

I think you're suffering may have been given to you for a test. If I move to fix it, I will convince you that all the answers to you're problems are me! Then you will be forever greatful and dependant on me.

And I would not want that for me, or for you. That can sometimes be the unkindest thing that you can possibly do to a person.

I think I would try to help a person help themselves. And I have to admit they're certainly are exceptions, when people really do need help.

You sound suicidal. I'd call a Hospital or Hotline and sit with you through the night until professionals could assist you. Then I'd call your family and friends to rally support & money to get you back to normal. Then we'd go to Starbuck's for esspressos and play checkers until 3 am. then we'd go to your place and get ready for an early morning bike ride. We'd leave at daybreak together, and then ride the bike trails until the coffee wears off. Call a friend with a truck to load up the bikes and take us home. Hot showers, big brunch, and an afternoon nap. then I'd have to go home to go to work. You should too, or start writing in a journal.

It depends what is causing your suffering; my guess is that you are causing your suffering. Happiness often depends not on the circumstances, but on how you react to them. If you don't know how to cope when bad things happen to you, you should try counseling. It can really work if you give it a chance.

my first thought is to try to help you. i would try at least. the causes or your suffering, I'm not so sure can be eliminated, but can definitely be addressed, and maybe i could help you sort it all out. maybe not. i would try to make you smile, maybe even laugh. be good to yourself. sometimes all a person needs is a good listening to.

The wonderful paradox about the truth of suffering is that the more we open to it and understand it, the lighter and freer our mind becomes. Our mind becomes more spacious, more open and happier as we move past our avoidance and denial to see what is true.

If you are approachable and within my vicinity, I would like to help you.
Pray for you if you are far off.
For the time being, rest assure, there are so many around you suffering far more and worse than you.
If you find them, help them.
You will see your sufferings reduced.

Matthew 11:28-30 Jesus is speaking:
28. Come to Me all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
29. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
30."For My yoke is easy and My burden is light."
Matthew 5:44c Again Jesus is speaking: pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you.
