Ladies in the Coast Guard or Navy. How do you fix your combo. Cover?

There is no Coast Guard uniform shop were I'm at. My Combo Covers looks like a cowboy's hat. It is also uneven. I don't want to buy another because there in good shape. The Navy uniform shop won't do covers.
