get straight to the point. if it makes you feel uncomfortable, then speak up. don't worry if you hurt his feelings, what about yours???
does he know about your previous situations??? maybe you should tell him & let him know you need some elbow room.....if he doesn't respect you, then get out & away from the situation. my dad always told me, "never get yourself in a perdicument, if you can not see yourself getting out of it". it helped me a lot during my dating days. look at it this way, if he is too close & you don't speak up, & something happens, where will this lead you??? calling the cops??? court??? if you do speak up, at least you did. make it known loud & clear. don't do anything to lead him to think otherwise, for example, put on a sweat outfit. watch your words, & back up what you say. he may not be the right person for you, ask the Lord & pray to Him to lead you, & this other person, where to go. you'll see.

Speak up! You don't have to be a B, but otherwise he will think your too easy!! By the next morning he will loose interest...we all know men like (and need) a challenge!! Just tell him, in a joking, yet serious way; to back up, he's in your space....if he puts his hands on you after that, move his hand and say "Hey, hey!" If he doesn't respect how you feel, you don't want to be around him anyways!

If he's drunk there is no gentle way. In fact, why are boy and drunk and you in the same sentance? Push him away, then walk away and get out of the situation.
Good luck!

lol...i'm a bartender and I run into this situation a lot. I normally will just tell them. If they don't get the hint, I call a guy friend of mine to come over and I hug him and give him a pop kiss. this ussually gives him the hint.

if hes drunk, trust me you could say it anyway they wont be hurt, you probably going to have to say it in a mean way just to get them to stop. Tell them that your not that kind of girl and would like it if they treated you with more respect.

Don't worry about being mean if you feel like someone is violating your personal space! They shouldn't be in it! Don't hang around people that are going to act that way either....you owe it to yourself to protect yourself...at all costs! Don't allow anyone to take that from you.. ok? You don't owe any respect to someone who is not gonna respect you or your space... Take Care!

you got to be mean, because you never know whats going to happen, im 16 and i work in a restaurant, and if the back of it there is a bar. there is always hella bombed guys on me and my sister, if they get to close i tell them to back off in a nice way, if they do it again i tell them to leave me alone, if they do it again, i get my boss to through them out, or i will turn around and start screaming at them, calling them a ******* pervertive asshole that needs to leave minors the hell alone, that gets everybodies attention, and they leave out of embarresment

Why don't you want to seem mean? They aren't respecting you, so return the favor. A finger in his nostril or a baked-bean fart in his face will make any guy uncomfy.
