someone told me it was KOHLs, but i didnt see it on the website, does anyone know where this might be?

Not sure if there is a sale for that now, but from a previous experience of buying a camera on a special sale at Kohl's (it could take pictures, short movies, hold MP3s and other things), I'd say that you will probably get what you pay for in a camcorder worth $99.
In my case, the camera could do all those things it said, but it could do none of them well and took some of the worst pictures I've seen since digital cameras came out. I'd advise that unless you know the camcorder to be a decent one already from reviews, you'd be better off shopping at eBay or the Yahoo auctions and see if you could pull a decent deal off there instead.
