recently, while i lie in bed going about to go to sleep, ive been experiencing random muscle spasms or jolts in my arms, legs, and sometimes even my head. It always happens when im either extremely dazed or tired (about to fall asleep). Along with the spasms ive experianced buzzing noises in my ears as well..
anyone want to tell me whats going on? or if i am in need of medical attension

note: this hasnt ever happend before, and for the most part, im rather healthy, though i have been experiancing a lack of sleep during the school year.

You need some restful sleep. The buzzing noises are usually related to lack of sleep and not breathing properly. If you are not sleeping well, you are not breathing deeply, try breathing exercises. Seriously! I was having serious ringing in my ears to where I thought I was losing it. Saw my doctor and advised deeper breathing and relaxation before refering me to an ear specialist. Now... gone!

For the jolts you are having, try something that will help you relax. If you want something that will get your body to relax that is natural... go to your local health food center. Valerian Root, Melatonin, Passion Flower Tea... THESE WORK GREAT. I referred these to an internet friend and he sent me a picture a friend took of him sleeping and drooling. He said he hadn't slept like that in a long time. Your body is just so wound up it is keeps jolting with nervous energy. Try any of these or a combination of these.

You just need to get some rest. Hope you do.

This used to happen to me fairly particularly commonly. it relatively is surely a potassium deficiency. You made to choose drink some orange juice or eat bananas, or take a potassium supplement. Drink an excellent style of water too. additionally, get your kidneys checked. I had kidney failure at age 23, so i wish that isn't a symptom additionally.
