wow, Do you eat alot? do you eat breakfast, lunch and diner, and even snack in between? I would do that. If you're still not gaining any weight I would suggest it be the cause of a high metabolisim. It also may have something to do with your age, if you're young, you will probably have growing sperts. You grow wide, than tall, and over again untill your grown. If your older, it should be really easy for you to put weight on.

Hi,
I had a friend who had the same problem as you.. too thin.. and she found it VERY hard to gain weight. After she did a detox, she gained 4kg within 3 months.
Her sister who is equally slim gained 6kg within a month of doing the detox.
If you do a detox, you will be able to:
- gain better health and
- better vitality and
- even more radiant skin and
- gain weight to reach balanced body weight
All you need to do is three things.
Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.
Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods consumable even by babies and pregnant women that will enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.
Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out.
And that's it.
The rest is up to you.
So what do you think? ;)

Your metabolism drops during the night, so try eating right before bed. Also, try lifting weights...that will help put some muscle on your body.
A doctor won't give a health person pills in order to gain weight...there would be too many risks.

exercise and drink beer.
my mate drinks loads nd he is a right fat bastard.
but the exercise should keep you in shape and give you a six pack, not a party keg.
try a higher calorific diet and eat ALL the foods Thea recon you shouldn't..I'm the same cream cakes to cream in my coffee no lo fat milk for this fella lol .eat well and enjoy.
but remember eating fatty greasy foods is bad for the heart but a bit of what you want is also good for you.
muscle weighs more than fat any how

I kinda have a similar problem. Though many people I know, have suggested to eat more protein, to gain muscle instead of fat with exercising. (Fat increases alot of diseases and health problems)
My doctor suggested higher calorie things (like peanut butter, or protein built drinks) but she warned me against eating junk food to get calories because that doesn't turn into muscle, but fat.
hope it works out for you!
Also! Eating too much of anything is bad. (It overloads your system) Don't overdo it k?
