I have gained an increadible amount of weight in the last 10 years, and I have dieted off more than some people weigh. I want to start eating healthier, drinking more water, and exersizing after the 1st of the new year. I dont want to think of it as a diet, but rather a healthy lifestyle change. Any suggestions to improve my eating and exersize plan. I live in freezing east central Illinois. No warm weather here until about May. Do you have any tips or suggestions? I need to drop about 80 lbs.

Go to www.sparkpeople.com
It is a healthy way to lose weight and it is a free site. It's like having your private nutritionist.
You type in how much you want to lose and by when etc...and they plan out your meals so you can achieve your goal. They have a calorie counter and everything. Plus they give you a fitness plan according to what type of exercising you like to do. It is free with support from the members and a real neat site. I'm really impressed.
Enjoy!

God Bless!

Yup. Im on a nutrition correct now and the primary days went quality. I used to be consuming very healthful meals after which like at the 4th or fifth day i began yearning goodies. And then i began consuming the goodies and craved extra. Whatever you do... keep on with ur weight loss plan and do not provide in and consume goodies in view that thats what i did and after getting like slightly piece of a chocolate bar you'll wish extra.
